Simple Asian Salmon bursting with flavor combinations of sweet, salt, and nutty aromas.
In a small bow, mix together apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, sesame seeds, soy sauce, & sriracha.
Optional: Mix together corn starch & water, then add to soy sauce mixture. This helps for a paste texture and a less liquid texture.
In a skillet over low heat, drizzle olive oil and add fillets with the soy sauce mixture. Add a dash of salt to taste. Cook about 1.5-2 minutes each side, or until salmon becomes pink and flaky.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
