  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Or rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seed Optional
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sriracha

  1. In a small bow, mix together apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, sesame seeds, soy sauce, & sriracha.

  2. Optional: Mix together corn starch & water, then add to soy sauce mixture. This helps for a paste texture and a less liquid texture.

  3. In a skillet over low heat, drizzle olive oil and add fillets with the soy sauce mixture. Add a dash of salt to taste. Cook about 1.5-2 minutes each side, or until salmon becomes pink and flaky.

  4. Remove from heat and serve warm.
