Pesto Zucchini Ground Turkey

Pesto Zucchini Ground Turkey is a very easy dish to bring together. A perfectly healthy and savory medley that elicits an Italian aroma.

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 zucchini, shredded or sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, shredded (optional)


  1. In a skillet over medium heat, begin to brown the ground turkey. Discard grease and add in garlic, cannellini beans, onion, zucchini, salt, pepper, pesto, and optional parmesan.

  2. Stir and let simmer for about ten minutes until the onions and zucchini are soft. Best when served with brown rice, quinoa, or sweet potatoes.
